The different types of hood configuration are:
- canopy hood - wall or corner mounted
- island extractor - over an island workstation
- fan unit - for 'built-in' kitchen furniture and chimney
recesses etc
In order to advise on these vital aspects, Westin
prefer to assess an application at the early stages,
keeping in mind the type and specification of
cooker/hob, with some idea of the kind of cooking
intended (i.e griddling, frying, wok cooking etc).
