Abbi brings breath of fresh air to new role

Westin, the cooker hood specialists, have announced the internal appointment of Abbi Keenan as a Trainee Customer Account Manager.

Abbi Keenan – Trainee Customer Account ManagerAbbi Keenan has been working at Westin’s Huddersfield Head Office for the past five years in the Customer Services team. The move comes as a logical progression for Abbi, expanding on the experience, knowledge and telephone relationships she has built up into a customer-facing role based out of the office.

Commenting on her new position, Abbi says:

“Since starting work here I have always wanted to progress to be a Customer Account Manager. Westin is a great company to be part of and I’m looking forward to using all my knowledge and training in a different type of interaction with our customers across the UK.”

Westin’s Sales and Marketing Manager Ann Onions adds:

“Abbi has been a real asset to the Customer Services department but now I am excited about taking her on as a Trainee Customer Account Manager in my team. She has strong people skills and combines that with a solid product knowledge.”
