New faces on Westin Customer Service team

Westin has announced the appointment of two new team members in its Customer Services department.

Kristina Stylianou and Sam Green have been appointed as Customer Service Representatives working out of Westin’s Huddersfield Head Office.

They are responsible for all areas of Westin customer care both pre and post sale. Kristina and Sam join the broader customer services team organising site surveys and service calls and providing advice across Westin Product, Westin Plus and Westin Bespoke services. They also liaise closely with Westin’s design and manufacturing teams and provide vital support for the Customer Account Managers who are out on the road.

Both new recruits will report into Janine Stones in the Customer Services office. Janine says:

“As part of our Customer Services team, Sam and Kristina are involved with every stage of the customer’s pre and post sales process. They ensure that the right hood is delivered to the right kitchen on time, every time, making sure all our customers get fresh air from Yorkshire in every kitchen they design! We are delighted to welcome Kristina and Sam to the Westin family.”
